Don Angie’s La Marionetta
Don Angie’s twist on the classic gin martini.
Chef Bryan Schneider
- 2 ½ oz Plymouth Gin
- ¾ oz Carpano Bianco Vermouth
- ¼ oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
- 1 Dash Orange Bitters
- Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir well to chill and strain into a small pitcher.
- Serve with a chilled shot glass, lemon twist, olive, and a boquerones on a cocktail sword, atop a bowl of crushed ice.
