Don Angie’s twist on the classic gin martini.

  • 2 ½ oz Plymouth Gin
  • ¾ oz Carpano Bianco Vermouth
  • ¼ oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
  • 1 Dash Orange Bitters


  • Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir well to chill and strain into a small pitcher.
  • Serve with a chilled shot glass, lemon twist, olive, and a boquerones on a cocktail sword, atop a bowl of crushed ice.
