Ingredients
- 54.2 g Cage Free Liquid Egg Yolks
- 9.6 g Heinz Ketchup
- 18.8 g Tomato Puree
- 32 g Dijon Mustard
- 6.6 g Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce
- 4 g Garlic Puree (Paste)
- 25 g Kosher Dill Pickle Juice
- 8 g Lemon Juice
- 9 g Champagne Vinegar
- 4.8 g Kosher Salt
- 360 g Canola Oil
Instructions
- Add all ingredient except the canola oil to a blender and blend until foamy. (Alternatively, add all ingredient except the canola oil to a mixing jar and blend until foamy using an immersion blender.)
- Slowly drizzle in the canola oil and blend until think and emulsified.
